So use reliable logistics partners to deliver the products to you at the earliest possible. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out of our facility in 24 Business Hours. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 4-7 business days within India.

Please note, we do not offer a next day delivery. For urgent / priority orders, please get in touch – , and we will try our best to accommodate!



We have free shipping throughout India on orders of Rs.699 and above. Orders below Rs.699 have flat delivery charges of Rs.75. apply. Once your order is dispatched , you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the logistics handling your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our facility.


You can cancel the order you have placed with us before the order moves to the shipping mode. To cancel the order or the items in the order select the order please visit your order page at , by logging in with your registered account  Locate the item(s) you wish to cancel and select Request cancellation.After requesting cancellation you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation status. Alternativelty you may also reach us at and we will assit.


The valid returns period is 15 days from the receipt of delivery. Items for exchange/return after the return period will not be accepted.. Please note that clearance items are not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • To return a product, please visit your order page at by logging in to your registered account  

  • Tap the ‘Return Button’ under the order tab and select the item to be returned.. 

  • Keep the item ready for pick-up or ship it to our facility . We offer pick-up facility in most of the locations based on our courier serviceability. If pick-up option is not available at your location you can reach us out at with the details self-ship the product to us upon our confirmation.

  • The return button takes 24 hours to get activated after the order is delivered.

All return/exchanged goods must be in the original, re-saleable condition. Items that have been used/worn/washed will not be eligible for return/exchange and you will be notified via email. All original tags / packaging bags and boxes must still be attached. Items without tags or boxes may result in no exchange/refund. . It is advised that footwear be tried on carpet/clean surface within the home prior to wearing out to ensure the fit/look is good. 

Some items are exempt for exchange/refund. These items are bloomers, socks, swimwear bottoms, If you're unsure if what you bought is eligible for exchange/refund, please email us at 

We’ll email you when we get your return to let you know when to expect your refund.Once your items have been received and deemed eligible for return by our team after quality checks, you will be notified via email. If your item is not deemed eligible, we will notify you via email with the reasons why.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to you once the refund has been initiated. Please note - funds can take up to five business days to show in your account once transferred. If the refund has still not been received after this period, please contact your bank to ask if they can see any pending transactions. If they cannot, then please contact us at
